• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days.

• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days.

• Remote Areas: 5–7 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, seller processing time, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

3. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges depend on the delivery location, product weight, size, and courier service.

• The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout or confirmed before order processing.

• Special delivery charges may apply to large, heavy, fragile, or special-handling products.

Repeated refusal of confirmed orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery services.
